Claire has been advising a broad range of individual, corporate and financial institutions in the financial services industry since 2002. As a Certified Financial PlannerTM and a Chartered Accountant – Financial Planning Specialist, Claire has been working with Quantum’s clients since 2004.

Claire is a Principal Wealth Advisor with specific responsibility for overall client relationship management. She has a wide range of experience across the financial services sector having previously advised clients in structured products and strategic tax management at both Macquarie Group Limited and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

"The key to any decision-making is ensuring you understand the implications prior to acting. This is particularly true when it comes to finances. When shopping I do not appreciate pushy sales people (especially when it comes to cars or electronic goods!), instead I prefer to gather information and educate myself so that I am comfortable with the decision of parting with my hard-earned cash. I use this same philosophy when working with my clients. I believe that it is important to demystify the financial jargon for my clients, because it is their money, their financial future.

I enjoy working with my clients, be they young or young at heart. At each stage of our lives we have different financial goals and therefore require different strategies. To be my clients’ trusted advisor through the different stages of their life – both the highs (such as purchasing first homes, marriage and kids) and the lows (divorce, redundancy, death of partner), is an honour filled with incredible responsibility. Community work

Claire graduated from the Royal Military Collage, Duntroon, in 1999 as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Australian Corps of Signals. Claire was an active Part-Time member of the Australian Army (“Army Reserve) from 1996 to 2006.

Claire is responsible for co-ordinating Quantum’s pro-bono financial planning services in our community.
