At Quantum we invest significant time and effort to ensure we get the right people working with us. Not only does it need to be mutually profitable but also enjoyable.

About you

You are a practitioner who shares our ethical, compliance and professional services values, you wish to better service your own clients; you put your clients’ interests first. Like us, you tailor individual financial strategies for your clients’ specific objectives and needs; then provide personalised ongoing service to them. You may, if appropriately qualified and experienced, also provide accounting, tax or audit services, although Quantum does not.

An advisor, not sales people

You will be an advisor, not a salesperson – there are no incentives or rewards at Quantum for product flogging. Quantum advisors provide advice free of influence from product providers and other financial institutions.

A partnership

As a practitioner professional you are looking for a mutually beneficial partnering arrangement; we will support you in building and maintaining your relationship with your own clients.

A compliance culture

You will comply with the law and clearly disclose that we are the AFS Licensee in your FSG, SOAs, stationery etc; however your name and contact details are displayed more prominently. You will be RG 146 compliant in Generic Knowledge and at least the financial products about which you wish to provide advice.
